We understand that it is often difficult to gauge sizes online and that you want to get the perfect fitting garment. If you are unsure of the measurements that we have provided for each style, please send us an email of your measurements or of any questions that you may have at email@example.com and we will try our very best to help you find the right size.
You may cancel/change an order within 12 hours of ordering. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you. Please note that orders with Express Shipping are shipped immediately may not be canceled/changed.
We process returns within 14 days of receiving them in Studio. It can take up to 2-3 days for the funds to be returned to your account depending on your bank.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments through Stripe. We accept PayPal as well. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. Please note, your account will not be charged until your order actually ships.
While we don't have a physical shop, we do have pop-ups around Los Angeles and San Francisco regularly. We also have clothes at Sunday Market in SF and other boutiques through our stockists. We invite you to come see us at our pop-ups as they are a great place to try on the clothes if you have fit questions.
